Food critics are funny, really. They get paid to go and review restaurants you’d never be able to afford to eat at with portions that are little more than my standard mouthful, and it’s all a bit of a jolly even if the food is revolting.
Surely what you really want to know is if McDonalds’ newest sandwich is worth paying more for than a double cheeseburger, if that hipster pizzeria is worth the hype, and if your local kebab shop is as good as you hope it is. That’s why we’ve started Must Eat. We’re a vegetarian and a recovering vegetarian, and we love fast food. We eat enough of it to know what’s what, and what isn’t, and we’d like to share that knowledge. And eat more fast food.
